Stating that your body will benefit from nutrients consumed up to 24hrs after a workout isn't answering the yes/no question of "should I take my supplement straight after a work out"... and forgive me for not willing to trawl through the plethora of "brah" and "mirin" posts for your scientific explanationsmoody.
I answered. I said it wasn't necessary to eat straight away after a workout. I thought it was pretty straightforward.
