You need to buy a capping kit and all the caps to go with it - then the powder, then a scale to measure your initial template. I've done it in the past (sold the kit now) and whilst it's fun to make up your own ratios and mixes - you've got to be pretty hard core to do it - it's dead boring :p

Ive got all that lot already, when i bought some raspberry ketones, i just couldn't stomach it, that stuff was absolutley revolting lol, so capped it up
 
I just got the tablets you linked to a while back, the Viridian ones (150 @ 1 a day) off the rainforest. CBA capping stuff -just want something I can wash down with water in the morning when I get up.
 
OK well to update I had my 5HTP delivered from MyProtein yesterday.

Took 100mg 5HTP and 3mg Melatonin and had the best sleep I've had in months.

Getting some 1mg Melatonin delivered soon so can reduce the dose, I've read that doses of around 300mg are fine for everynight use so Ill be chopping my 1mg pills up when I get them!
 
So yesterday I had 4x1.5g serving of beta-alanine spaced throughout the day and 3g of Taurine 30 minutes before bed. Couldn't sleep, was wide awake, got a massive headache and my mouth was really dry despite drinking a lot. Weird.
 
On the flipside, I remembered my Taurine last night unlike the previous night, and slept all the way through the night, 9 whole hours of sleep, mmmmmmmmm
 
Interesting. I'll have to try a similar dose to see if that happens.

I'm on around 1-1.2g x 4/5 guestimation, but never had any problems (I'm between 93/94kg bw atm).

Cut one out today/tomorrow/whatever and see if it continues, then do the other in isolation the day after to see which one is causing the issue.

Either that, or roll back to 10mg/kg bw and see what happens.
 
I would also suggest you address the issues behind sleep rather than relying on medicated route for a long term solution.

Yes... RIZzah, there have not been any studies as to the effects of long-term melatonin supplementation simply because nobody takes it for long periods of time. Rats? Sure, but they are not human.

Please, please, please be very careful when mucking with your sleep.

No. Do you really need a weight gainer? Can you not just eat some almonds/cashews for the extra calories instead?

Whey + fine oats are great as a shake. If you need more calories, whole milk instead of water.
