Supreme commander open Beta

Has a minimum specs for the full game been released yet? I see in interviews earlier in the year they said they weren't going to release minimum specs until after the beta. Also they confirmed the beta was unoptimised so they reckon the full game will run a bit better than the beta. Is anyone playing on a rig similar to mine?

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
1gb Ram
Radeon X800XL 256mb (16 pipes) (Tis a bit faster than an X800 Pro)

How does it run if you've got a comparable system?

it runs like a pig on most of the Core 2 Duo systems I've seen.
the issue is the movement of troops!

Well guys, just gonna have to do it the old fasioned way....Line up the armys opposite each other then just open fire and may the biggest/most guns win! :p I call it "static war" much like how snails fight in the real world...

anyways enough sugar for me today :D

wouldn't be a bad idea, if that didn't cause lag aswell.

its when you get your armys up and running then try to move them towards the other guys base, but because ONE of your units is behind the others and the game thinks it should be at the front, ALL 500 odd units start to move THE OTHER WAY so they are behind this one guy.

points meen nothing
you should know that by now dude, remeber the guy with the walls?

Yes they do, because if I even had half those points, I'd have had him.

4+ fatboys with enough AA = win, units are just to keep the enemy fire away from the fatboys :D

I can't get anywhere with the fatboys expecially of one of those big robots that fire lasers gets near it (sorry i'm not good with model names in the game yet). They just zap the laser at the fatboy for say 5 seconds and it's gone :( Although fatboys are class to show to other people because they've just got guns all over the place. They look the part if nothing else, lawl

Well I reinstalled it today after not playing it since my upgrade to Conroe. Now when I join a game, the graphics look like this...

I get about 1-2 FPS and can't see my units. I'm using a Conroe 6400 @ 3.3GHz and an X1900XT 512 at stock for now. I'm using the 7.1 ATI drivers. Anyone got any ideas? It used to run OK on my old X2 system with the same graphics card, although I did get framerate issues...
