Suspicious incoming network connection blocked. Internet connection interruptions.

One thing I haven't seen mentioned, a lot of these BT WiFi hotspots will actually be broadcasted from a BT router. For years BT hubs broadcast a second wireless network for public hotspot use, meaning you're also at the risk of whatever the owner of that hub could be doing. For example, if the owner is saturating the connection then you who's on lower priority may get interruptions.

As for the weird incoming connections... have you done a scan with something like Malwarebytes?

If privacy matters to you then I wouldn't even be using BT's public WiFi network. Since you're in London, if full fibre isn't an option then how about 4G/5G broadband? And don't forget Windows itself now tracks as much as Android/iOS these days.

Yes, I know about this. But, each a few seconds or minutes of the interruption is an extreme. This does not sound normal.

Yes, my antivirus has been doing a scan about Malwarebytes or whatever.

Yes, I know about this. But I already said, this means to have a cable into my flat and the paperworks. My landlord will not allow this because they are idi*ots.

Hi, there is no such thing (sadly). As stated above, BT have a fair usage policy and they don’t own all the hotspots so it’s quite possible you’re getting kicked off for some reason completely unconnected with your PC.
.
Yes, you are right. Perhaps to have some proper antivirus / firewall that would prevent the rubbish trying coming into the system of my PC without the internet interruptions?

Malwarebytes is a separate scanner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/

You can get mobile 4G/5G routers so no cables at all. It's just a box that you can place by the window, the only cable running to it is the power from a power socket.

It depends on the main router honestly, I know with the older BT Hubs, the BT WiFi on them were pretty unreliable. Not sure how well the newer ones do.

I can only apologise for my inability to explain this. You do not need anything other than the built-in Windows defender antivirus/anti-malware. It’s excellent and free!

If you want to check your PC for something it didn’t pick up then Malwarebytes has already been suggested.

How much is the mobile 4G/5G routers? My budget is up to £15 per month, for UNLIMITED data and UNLIMITED time. This is what I pay for, for the public unsecured BT hotspot.

A quick check on 3's website they offer unlimited data for the first 6 months for £10 a month, and then £20 a month after those 6 months. EE's unlimited package is greatly more expensive.

Bare in mind BT's WiFi is not true unlimited due to the strict fair usage policy.

Please, the link. I suppose I found something like this, several weeks ago, but I did not want it because there were some problems...maybe they wanted the paperwork? (I cannot provide because my landlord is an idi*ot.) Maybe because, 20 is more than £15 (every penny is important for me because my income is very low). Please, the link. I will check it again.

If you don't have enough documentation to be able to pass a credit check then you're pretty much out of options.

So, I downloaded Malwarebytes has already been suggested. This found some rubbish in my PC but no progress about the internet connection interruptios after this rubbish was removed. Still the same problem. (By the way, why Windows defender antivirus/anti-malware did not find the dangerous rubbish in my PC that has found Malwarebytes now? So, we can see Windows defender antivirus/anti-malware is not good quality.)

Just ignore everyone here and install every AV product under the sun, it's obviously going to be better for you, even if most of them have many false positives to justify their existence! I'm not sure why you're still banging that drum, as has been explained, it's likely not the cause of the issue but is probably to do with the hotspot itself. You were asked to remove McAfee as 1) it has a history of being quite frankly awful in order to justify its existence and 2) 3rd party AV/firewall software are usually one of the primary causes of internet connectivity issues.

Also if you can't afford £20 on broadband then move the hell out of London.

What sort of paperwork is preventing you from getting this? Proof of address? Landlords can't really block these sort of things. Unless for some reason the landlord has control over your details.

Yes, for example, Proof of address. The landlord (a big company) is ignoring my request for this since June 2022. No reply, no explanation from them.... They also ignore other my requests about the flat.... They are so arrogant because they know I do not have any money to pay for a barrister to sue them.

Proof of address you're better off going to a branch of your bank and ask them to send it to you, assuming the registered address is the correct one.

My original point was if you need any paperwork to get mobile broadband you don't need to ask your landlord for it. Usually there are other places you can get the relevant details instead.

I don't know other places to get the relevant details from, except my bank. But, anyway, thanks, I'll be thinking about your idea. But first I will try to resolve the internet connection interruptions without the change of the internet provider, for now. To getting the paperworks will take me more time and energy than to try whatever else. I am going to try some AV software have already been suggested here.

So you can provide the relevant paperwork to get an internet connection that isn't a public hotspot with 166 hours a month fair usage policy, but you don't want to because it's a bank statement. I'm sensing a bit of a theme here.
