So you can provide the relevant paperwork to get an internet connection that isn't a public hotspot with 166 hours a month fair usage policy, but you don't want to because it's a bank statement. I'm sensing a bit of a theme here.

Yes, I have to be honest, it is starting to sound like the OP is now missing the point on purpose.

That said, in a previous life in Environmental Health I came across many people living in houses where they shared a house or even a room with other people and there is no way they could have an ISP connection. Indeed their only online connection was usually their smartphone and that was on some dodgy PAYG service. So it’s entirely feasible the OP is somewhere on the housing ladder where they genuinely cannot get a cabled ISP connection and I for one am very happy to help if they can just get past their obsession with software firewalls.
