Sweet Tooth?

I have that too.;

I walk into a supermarket or petrol station to get a few things and walk out with a few things plus a bag of lollies or a block of chocolate :p :o

Then i eat the entire back, packet or block in very short amount of time:o (even with 70% and 85% cocoa blocks)
 
Just stop eating it! :)

I had been having a CRAZY milk craving recently (you wouldnt believe how much id get through in a day) and id constantly want it, just all the time! More so at night where i kept wanting one last pint before bed!

I was papped into hospital 2 weeks ago for about week (skin, nothing major lol) with only access to wee plastic cups of milk at lunch time! Now im out, still enjoying my milk, but the costant want and craving is gone! :D

Think the just cut it out thing kinda works, if you can!
 
I am getting sick of people that judge other peoples cravings and muses.

Just because you don't need to eat a biscuit/smoke a cig/inject heroin, doesn't mean person X doesn't need to. Show a little compassion you *****.

If you want a biscuit, have a damn biscuit. One wont kill you following a meal. Bake your own, make them low fat, whatever.

Eat 17 cream cakes a day if you want, just realise if you don't want to die you may have to exercise considerably.
 
Cut down slowly. I eat sweets like Fox's instead of chocolates, a lot healthier and a lot less fat, yet they satisfy my sweet tooth.

the whole point is that he's cutting out the sugar not the fat, of course sweets will satisfy your sweet tooth lol
 
Replace your biscuits and chocolate with fruit. Peaches, nectarines, grapes, plums should all satisfy you.
