I've seen swop used from time to time, and I don't just mean by degenerates on internet forums. I think it might be an old fashioned way of spelling it. Swap is correct, anyway.

google seems to suggest (unless i am misunderstanding) that swop is the 'UK' version of swap......but in my 45 years on this planet i've only ever known the word as swap.....how utterly perplexing!
