Well what happened was, his pc kept crashing, so he opened it in safe mode and deleted what I am guessing is the Ksecdd file. when he starts in safe mode or any other mode it just has a black screen...
The ksecdd.sys file is part of the "kernal security support" it is used in the login part of windows. It probably needs the file in order to log users on.
Should be very careful when deleting .sys files.
