My first post on the forums so, Hello All!

I was just wondering if you could give me some advice:

I recently just purchased an Overclockers UK system. Within this system I opted for a 120GB SSD along with the 1TB sata. However the OS has been installed on the SSD and all is working well except the 1TB sata drive is not visible under the 'My Computer' Section. Also under disk management the 1TB sata drive has a 100mb partition on it called System Reserved.

I was just wondering what I should do since I wanted to use the 1TB sata drive to store music etc.

I am going to contact OCUK tech support, however I am unable to do so until monday so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Alex.

Exact same as me. You need to go into disk management and do something. Can't remember which.

I brought mine, got 60gb sdd as standard and 1TB HDD. Brought an extra 120gb SSD but cant find it.

I assume the remainder of the 1TB drive is "unallocated" in Disk Management.

Just right click on the unallocated space, format it and assign a drive letter.

Ideally I think the 100MB partition should be on the SSD.

This. Someone was eager to get home the day your PC was installed ;)

Thanks for the swift reply :)

However, how do I format it? - when I right click on the 'unallocated' section in disk management I am only given the options 'New simple volume', 'properties' and 'help'.

Sorry for the 'noobishness' just want to be sure :)

Thanks,
Alex.
