I currently got 2 samsung HDD in my setup and 1 of them isn't accessible i have recently found out its been used as a "System Reserved" type of drive thing for Windows 7? Do i really need it and if i don't how do i get rid of it so i can get my 1TB HDD back?

It is taking up 1TB for System Reserved?

I have a System Reserved aswell after Installing Win7 but it's only 99MB for me.

Delete the regular partition, extend the system reserved partition to use the whole drive, reboot Windows DVD and then format the system reserved partition. It will now show as having the full 1 TB avaliable. Note though that having the MFT, MFT zone, metadata, etc on this small partition at the head of the drive (where it's accessed fastest) makes some sense for a mechanical HDD so if you can live without 100 MB of capacity on a 1 TB drive maybe best left alone.

I can live without 100MB on 1 TB Cap drive but i cant even access the rest of the 900mb. so if i could increase partition size would it work then?

Follow instructions above. I tried extending then reformatting but wouldn't allow me to perform the format. The reboot with the Windows DVD fooled it second time around and allowed me to reformat the entire drive as a non-reserved partition. After that Windows installed no probs. I wanted to get rid of myself as I'm using an SSD for the boot drive and worried that constant writes to such a small partition wasn't really helping with wear on the drive. Not an issue on a mechanical but I can understand your irritation with this 'feature'. of course it's going to mean a re-install if you are OK with that?
