T-shirts

To be honest, Ive avoided a lot of these places in the past because I assume they are entirely skinny fit sort of shirts. Im a stocky guy, at 5'6" and just under 13st, and I look utterly retarded in anything remotely 'skinny'.. Which is why I have this problem, as it seems as soon as you hit Large sizes most places seem to throw decent cuts out the window, assume you'd rather just wear a sack and be done with it.

Ill go and check some of them out tomorrow, theres a Next, AA, H&M and Topshop literally across the road from me, so I imagine Ill go for one of them.

one of my fave t-shirts is a really old joe boxer, good quality and very fine-thin cotton but now really showing it's age, was made in turkey if that means anything with a regular fit. all other t-shirts recently i've tried the material is just too thick compered to it :( anyone know where to get fine-thin good quality plain t-shirts?

Uniqlo make some nice stuff, code: BANKHOL15 is supposed to give you 15% off an order over £30 if you use by the end of today but it actually takes £15 off.

Howies is expensive, but their customer service is above and beyond, and their gear lasts forever. I still have a pair of jeans i bought from them when i was 17, along with a whole bunch of tshirts.

Also, Fat Face is another i dont mind paying a premium for. They've sorted me out customer service wise twice this year, with one chick driving herself to 3 different shops trying to find what i needed.

Get most of mine form TXMaxx, lots of element, animal, quiksilver, fox, billabong stuff in, just takes about 4 hours to sift through them all, but i find they do fit me quite well from there and are generally no more than about £15 :)

Yeah TKMax can be good, but it takes me a while to find something that i want. But they are mostly designer brands so you cant go wrong for choice. ;)

American Apparel was actually the one shop I didnt try today, as I still cant get it out of my head that they just stock 'skinny' fits. Is this entirely lies on my half, or am I right? H&M ok fit, bit too long, terrible thin cotton. Next didn't have any plain t-shirts. Topman.. Actually, I forgot to check Topman as well.

Dam, I've never put so much thought in to t-shirt purchases. Although, I have my reasons.. As soon as I find one brand that fits me well, I plan to spend a good amount on a large variety of different coloured ones. Would be quite retarded to do that on ones that didnt fit right.
