Tabletop Warhammer?

Those new Space Wolves do look rather good though, but I must resist picked up Fulgrim last Saturday which will take me forever to paint, not had a chance to assemble him yet.
 
Anyone use a hobby lap tray? Been meaning to get one so I can model up in the living room. Building etc.

Frontier wargaming has one but it’s super expensive and some of the stuff I simply don’t need like the mini handles!

They leaned more into the Viking aspect more than wolves which is what everyone wanted. You can tell GW main designer is a huge Fan. (Darren Latham).

Grimnar, Arjac, Njal, Wolfgaurd Terminators, Bloodclaws, Grey Hunters, Wolfgaurd headhunters, Wolf guard battle leader and Wolf Priest!!

I laser cut one out of some mdf, late last year.

It just had to be glued together.

Are the brushes on Tamiya glue made to be extended as the bottle gets used up? Don't want to break it as I only have one left.
 
I hadn't considered that as a possibility. I don't mind giving the the brush a yank on my pot when I get home. I usually use an old fine tip hobby brush so I can control how much I use for small parts. Not an issue if I break it :p.

Yeah I just shake the bottle ATM to coat the brush but not ideal, especially if I don't remember to hole the lid down lol.
 
Just had a look at the brush, there is a plastic shaft in the lid it pushes onto, just tried pushing a pin down the centre of the brush but the end with the bristles didn't budge.

First world problems ;)

Yeah I saw they are attached to like a plastic plug but I pulled the whole thing out lol.

I've assembled my whole emperor's children box today!, although I think I've shot myself in the foot because I assembled all of the infractors and tormentors and I don't know how I'm going to paint some of the parts around white.
Also finished assembling the winged demon prince from one of those big chaos boxes I got.
I'm just going to do the last remaining noise Marines and then I'm going to be snipping a load of parts into my spares bag tomorrow and get rid of loads of boxes

Sounds good to me, that base topper for Fulgrim has already been despatched from Spain, only ordered it this morning.
 
Its a stunning sculpt, shame about some seam/join areas on the belly of the snake part which is on the front in full view had to get the uv putty out today to do all the filling, should be ok once its primed hopefully.
 


I'm going to snip all my bits off tomorrow and get rid of so many boxes, knights, land raiders etc etc.
I think I have nothing left to be built now until the combat patrol arrives. I'll try prime them all tomorrow.
