Tabula Rasa

I tried it near the end of the beta and it uninstalled within 24hours. It wasn't shockingly bad, but after playing WoW since the early betas, it just wasn't as good.

Hellgate London is the same for me. Another let down...

I played beta from March '07 played it for 5 hours it was bloody aweful. Think its come along way since then and is infinitely better than beta.

Its not wow and I dont want it to be a wow kindergrindfest either. ;)

anyone else having bad lag problem ? i recently bought this game with a friend of mine, we both play on the same lan and i have a router connected to my cable modem, we get bad lag everytime (like not being able to interact, you must wait 1min or what for something to happen). It's weird because the people on the general chat say it doesn't lag so it must be my connection

I had bad lag for 1 minute at a time and needed to disconnect, sounds like the same problem; but opened up the ports on the router. Its the only game ive ever had to do this on. But it worked for me.

Look on the TR website there is a troubleshooting faq on there.

I played this in beta and enjoyed it, although it was a bit too buggy for me to get the retail, from what I've heard it's been improved loads, any chance someone has any more trial keys they could send to my trust email?

thanks!

Silly Question.

I missed the trail key as it took toolong to download. I have now downloaded the game, updata it and have CC at hand..

What i cant work out is where i pay to get a code to play, or do i need to go buy the game from a shop to get a code? I was hoping i could download and then pay for a S/N to play... ar well...

ANyone got a spare trail key? .. again...

This was 2.97 in Purple shirt land today, needless to say I picked it up just to test it

Couldnt say no at that price

Everyone get it!! I need reinforcements :D

Can't understand why it was so low

They had a big stand with "To Go" games on, and it was filled with classics such as House of the Dead 2, Sudoku Master, Myst 3 etc etc, then randomly a load of copies of this

Cheers for the trial key..

Got it to work, was on the EU server got to lvl 6 as a toon called Face-Puncher. Got to use a mini gun so was happy with it. as a game it was ok, little odd in places and not use to having to press T to talk to people in a game now and the E key was a bit wired.

Other than that - the missions where simple enough, go to X kill until you have Y and then come back.. fair enough... Didnt see many people helping each other though and the crafting i never saw anywhere to go use the bits i picked up from the boddies id slaughter'd. I understand what the guy said about it feels like a battle, having 6 of them odd looking mobs running over a hill chasing you is fun, running into the other 6 coming the other way was scary lol..

I may, may, buy the game when it gets to about £20 in the shops.

Dont think screenies would help you to be honest - its like playing UT when all of a sudden the AI of *** Server picks on you and sends 12 mobs at you, with bigger guns than yours!

The sounds and flashes of lazers and bombs going off, drop ships flying over head and the joy of helping another humanout of a tight spot... worth it.. i dont think i could play it all day, would be too hyper, be like playing a 40 man BG in wow, but 40 man V 40 man in the 5v5 area lol.... fun but hellish...

Wish i could find it for £2.97 mate, that would be a fair price for a PAYG game each month. Should be free realyl, but i think if i find it for £19.99 i may just give it another go as its fun for a few hours of hectic fighting, then back to the peace of mining in eve lol.

ColiN - Minigunner....
