Which film would you watch first? having trouble deciding

If you want 90 minutes of badassness then go for taken, if you want a few hours of good espionage/spy/action thriller type stuff go for Bourne.

Bourne Identity atleast the first one has a good level of mystery and intrigue as well as action so I'd watch that first given a choice.

Bourne for me is the better film in every way. Taken is amazing too, but Bourne takes the cake.

Its easy one is rubbish and the other isnt.

Use Taken as a frisby whilst watching Bourne.

Taken is definitely the lesser of the two films but certainly still enjoyable. I personally find the start too contrived, with Neeson's character practically predicting what is about to happen. I'm surprised that when he gets the phone call he doesn't audibly sigh a 'well, I was right' kind of sigh. It gets better after that though.

It was only at the end of the 3rd Bourne film i realised that it was the biggest pointless waste of time.
