That wont work for so many reasons:
1) it will feel very uncomfy being blown in the face
2) theres a wall and a bed table in the way

Well unless you bed and bedside table take up the whole width of your room, theres going to be room beside the bedside table surely?

Place the fan there, set it to sweep back and forth, and aim it so it targets the far side of your bed directly, not your face.

Alternatively, just shove a large cork up yer butt each night. Go to the doctor or something, you're not supposed to fart all the time.
