Target Shooting

mohinder's gun is a co2 pistol and not a springer it works on compressed co2, a springer works on a piston being pushed by a highly tensioned spring

Yeah I know that ;) Couldnt see the the C part of the name due to the sight rail

what shooting does feek do?
I shoot practical pistol with Brocock air cartridge revolvers, I shoot practical shotgun, I also plink with a .357 magnum, a .357 underlever, a .22 rifle for mini-rifle (practical shooting with a .22) and a .45 black powder revolver.

K.

My pride and joy, webly exocet LOVELY gun 5 years old and still at the 12ftlb mark on original spring all it needs is a little greasing every now and again, :)

And my pistol based on sig looks and sounds good but terribly innacurate and gas guzzling dont buy a Co2 capsule pistol if your looking for accuracy :p

Some are quite accurate, especially the s&w revolvers. Also the cp88 with barrell extention and competition sights is good

I would love to just buy an air rifle and just shoot cans and stuff.

I used to do it round an old mates house, but we didn't keep in touch. Was such a laugh though. All we did was just shoot a plastic milk carton hanging from a tree, but it was so relaxing.

Shame I have nowhere round here to shoot, the garden is to small and suppose you'd need permission from farmers to shoot on their land.

yeah I was sorely tempted to buy *** S&W 586 8 inch barrel meant to be reasonably accurate, but pneumatic is the way to go for accuracy

Gingers with air pistols \o/ :p

colt 25 haha so tiny :p wait your comparing my beautiful pistol to a colt 25 *glare* :D

You can get a gas colt 25 :p

It is suprisingly powerful, about 220fps from the muzzle and accuracy was ok considering the size (6 shots within about 3 inches of eachother @ 16 feet).

I had the spring one when I was about 9 :p then bought a .177 steel bb shotgun... quite an upgrade :D

It's tiny mate, I might as well just place the rifle against the target and fire! :p

Would only take a 5 min drive for me to be in the countryside, but I don't know the legal implications of shooting without permission.

I want one of these, around 420FPS and use 8mm BBs

I have one of these :/

It is a KWC S&W M4505, not a bad little springer but I want something with a bit more power.

Clay pigeons?

Ever thought about giving clay pigeon shooting a whirl? I started at 14, lost track a bit through uni and moving away of late, but its a hell of a blast - real guns with nice meaty shoulder-bruising recoil, lets you know you've fired something :p

Have a look for your local clay pigeon club, theyre usually a friendly bunch and will let you borrow a gun for a few tries, and often a little introductory coaching for free.

Cost - expect around £6-8 for non membership for 25 shots, which should take a good half hour or more. :)
