Had some spare time recently and finally decided to make some tartare sauce, and for some reason i remembered this thread, so had to come back and post.
The Polish Winiary brand sauce i wanted to buy is no longer stocked in supermarkets and is super expensive elsewhere, so i decided to make my own, and thanks to Minusorange for listing the ingredients.
I got a small white onion and a single Krakus pickle, chopped them up in to small pieces, then added mayo until it was the correct consistency, then finally a few drops of lemon juice, didn't bother with the sugar. I may add some parsley and capers at a later date but honestly i don't think i need them.
Stored it in a plastic tub in the fridge, should keep for a couple of weeks.
Tastes delicious BTW.
