Tattoo idea... =)

one of my mates got two stars tattoo-ed on his tummy... I not I fan of having stars it wouldhave looked better if he had a tattoo of a 6 pack outlined.

How long have you been set on that exact design. I would be 100% certain... then give it a few months and come back to the idea. If you've changed your mind at all, even if its slightly different give it another few months. Your going to be stuck with it for a hell of a long time.

I'm not anty tattoo but I could never get one done. I get bored of things very quickly and the same would be true for a tattoo.

Mate of mine got this done-

Not the whole thing but the two ff's in the same place and style. Fair play that he likes it but I think its crap, if only for the lack of originality and complete lack of meaning. (hopes he doesn't read this :o )

To be honest, I would advise mulling over it for more than 2 months. I had it in my head for about 5 months at one stage that I definitely wanted a certain tattoo and visited the artist to get a quote etc.

Now, I'm bloody glad I didn't get it. If I were you, I'd give it another while before getting anything done.

What were you thinking having done? :)

Isn't that what homosexuals get done to indicate that they are indeed homosexual.
A queer at work has that tattoo and explained that it has become a symbol of homosexuality.
wow, pc overload there ;)

I was thinking of getting another bike tattoo. However, one is enough and I'm glad I didn't get it.
I'm planning on my next inking and have been mulling over it for a few months but don't actually plan to get it done until next year if I do still like it.

Fancy posting a picture of your bike tattoo? I'm curious...just...a tattoo of a bike? :o

I've decided i'm going to wait a bit longer. Although i am very keen on the star i am deeply impressed with what i just found (The industrial style one) as it isn't exactly common...it's different but still has the theme and colours i really like PLUS the star is still there but not so obvious..if i'm making any sense. :o :)

Surely you can be more creative than stars, I mean theirs so many people who's got them and their so EMO like, honestly though, think about it longer than 2 months.

EDIT: BTW I dont really know a lot Tattoo's but can you one where it only lasts 5 years or something or are they all permanent and is their anyway to remove them, I think i can remember watching a video where he got a sander to remove one

SideWinder, are you purposely browsing for the worst/campest tattoo's on that site? Stars are just crap, they were trendy between 5-10 years ago and even then they were naff.
