Hi Alchemy, this is my "bulking diet" -
Meal 1: 07:15am
2 scoops of Whey + 1 scoop of Maltodexrin, 1 tablespoon dextrose in 200ml Water
Meal 2: 07:45am
Large Bowl Of Oat Porridge, 2 slices whole meal toast w/ peaunut butter. Glass of fruit juice
Meal 3: 10:00am
2 slices Wholemeal Bread, 1 chicken breast, 1 piece of Fruit + Yougourt, Nuts + Raisens
Meal 4: 12:30pm
1/2 Chicken, Basmati Rice, Sweetcorn, Coleslaw. Fruit Salad.
Meal 5: 3:30pm
Bowl of basmati rice, mixed veg + sweetcorn + 1 Turkey breast. Nuts & Raisens. 1 piece of fruit
*Training 5:00-6:00pm*
Meal 6: 6:15pm
2 scoops of Whey + 1 scoop of Maltodexrin, 1 tablespoon dextrose in 200ml Water
Meal 7: 07:00pm
Steak/tuna/chicken + Jacket potatoe/basmati rice/pasta, Salad + Mixed Veg (+sweetcorn)
Meal 8: 09:00pm
4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, tin of beans.
Meal 9 : 10:30pm
2 Scoops Whey, 50g Oates in 300ml Milk
4-5 litres of water a day, 2 multi vitamins and 6 flaxseed oil capsules.
