Good tea doesn't need milk or sugar. Just strain it and enjoy. Never let the water boil either otherwise you will scald the tea.

Someone told me that english breakfast is mainly assam, so i've got into that. It is quite a strong flavour - very nice.

That's only a Greentea, Silvertips etc thing. Normally you SHOULD use boiling water.
