Teach a skill in 5 minutes

Ok so you have to teach a skill to a group of about 6 people.

What would you teach?

I thought maybe origami? but it takes longer than 5 minutes plus all they would be doing is following my instructions - doubt they would be able to retain the "skill" to do it again.

Any ideas?

we did this in school i chose to show people how to make a simple water filter out of a 2 litre pop bottle and stuff you can find around the house and garden.

IIRC i was done in about 4 1/2 minutes

But would they be able to retain that skill. I suppose i could teach them how to make a homemade bomb with household ingredients in 5 minutes (microwave). Its ok ive seen Under Siege and enough Seagal films so no worries there

That was my second thought, there's a video here. My first thought was juggling as you can teach how to do it in under five minutes but for someone to "get" it will probably take a lot longer.
