McLaren boss Martin Whitmarsh on the Ferrari controversy:

They're either guilty and should be given a penalty, or they're not guilty and should be given back the fine they received. We don't have clarity - if anything it's more muddy. Superficially it doesn't seem as logical a ruling as one would have expected but it has no impact on anything I'm going to do this weekend.

So, Horner is frothing at the mouth, at the mere thought of being able to tell Webber to move out of Vettel's way, so Vettel can finish in front.

I do hope there will be equal amounts of derision heaped on RBR as there have been on Ferrari should Horner decide to employ team orders and take the risk of the $100k fine....or would that be too much to ask?
