Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion Confirmed for Xbox 360!

I really can't wait to play this on my 360! i absolutely love the tekken games and still own every single one (even the first tekken in the classic cardboard box!)

Think i'll have to invest in a fighting stick for when this comes out unless the dpad is improved on the new pads that are being released.

oh btw is the Tekken 6 machine still available in the trafford centre namco station? I played it there a few months ago and have a craving to play it again lol

I'm not someone who gets all worked up about the PS3 vs 360 thing, apart from to ridicule the zealotry itself.
Why do a post like your's, when it's so likely to bait people into a PS3 vs 360 flame war?
 
I dunno maybe I assume that some people (like myself) dont give a damm about a stupid ps3 v 360 war. Enjoy the option to chose.

I just feel atm it seems that playstation exclusives seem to be becoming not exclusive anymore. Thats just my 2pence worth of an opinion as was my first post :)

Surely that's contradictory?
If you don't cares about the fanboy wars, then why is any sort of exclusivity relevant? As long as the game comes out and is good, what does it matter?

That aside, if pressed I'd say that losing the exclusivity of a game in it's 5th (at least) sequel isn't exactly a major blow.
As has been said, Sony are bringing enough new exclusives to their system to keep those who actually care about such things happy.

Originality > Sequels.

Exclusivity doesnt matter to me really, it was merely an opinion on my view of things as they stand.

I'm just surprised that sony are letting more games go to multi-platform where 360 still holds a lot of its exclusive games close to its chest. Rumors are still on about MGS going onto the 360, just surprised is all.

I'l still prob get this on my ps3 mind purely because of the controller so used to the playstation one for tekken makes sense to stay with it.

I would say Sony are saying...

"ya know, poeple used to know us as the games that brought them titles such as X, Y and Z, now poeple are getting them on a cheaper machine than ours"

You see exclusive games are working now with titles that have been about abit.

Exclusive NEW games dont have the same pulling power as exclusive seguels etc etc.

I agree, but you can't have sequels without a popular game to start with, as long as Sony are managing to get a stream of new titles going, then they're building for the future.
Fact is, the 3rd party software dynamic is changing rapidly, it's hugely expensive to produce a big title nowadays, so devs are having to release on more platforms to ensure solvency and rely on DLC to differentiate.
The money that Sony ISN'T ploughing into handcuff deals is going into their in-house development instead, it's a risk, but it'll give them an edge if it works out.
 
Though we would have to do it in 720p :(

Perhaps you could get points for the loudness or quality of your insult and its relative merits? Achievements/Trophies dependent on the topical content...

I actually wanna see in-house exclusives only in the future, this way we will end up with proper exclusive AAA titles for all consoles, 3rd party being made for all.Then to seperate them the companies have to get REALLY creative with their games, consoles and online services and what they can offer!

Sounds a good idea, who would moderate it though ? .... lol that would be a great job listening to insults all day.

What about length of insult have awards for best shortest insult ie one word liners. Or uber cool long ones that have you basically insulted the person for about half an hour :p
