Tell me about SLK200/250 (AMG)...

If you want a diesel why not get a C class coupe? Diesel cabs are just bizarre.

I did look but a C250 would cost approx £1700 more over 2 years! The same sort of outlay would have got a basic C180 at best which didn't appeal.

Yes, residuals are much better on the slk plus the diesels are the only subsidised models this month... £240/month for slk250cdi with decent option pack, £350/month for the poverty spec slk200... Similar for c180

Was also tempted by the current z4 2.0m deal... £360/month for two years (the next model up is about £600/month)

Apparently it was "in stock"... but I'm still waiting on full confirmation of exactly what colour I'm getting - still going through paperwork.

that was whom I got mine from, very eay to deal with, all done by email, in stock as well ,delivered in 7 days, that was over the christmas period as well, so 4 down days.

My SLK 250cdi arrived on Thursday, really impressed with it so far and I even managed a journey back from work with the roof down yesterday. It appears to be averaging about 51 mpg so far, remarkable!
