that done the trick,dropped down to between 34-38 now and its only been on 10 mins.done the thin line across this time with the arctic,and block is nice and tight.every thing looking good so far so will leave it be for a few days.

That is good news Andy on the CPU temps. Hopefully weescott, or Jokester including will input their recommendations regarding the phase and GC W/C suggestions when using phase.

Out of interest what type of fans do you have on both rads
