Tennis

This is over now.

Knees knackered him.
Think it's half in the head as well. He gets so down on himself, and also had that horrendous injury in the French which must still be in his mind.

Agree that it's done though, this has a vast test for Zverev. Looks like his backhand has gone, he's not been rotating his hips and pivoting through that knee since he fell. Sinner is going to destroy him on that wing.

Surely french open open is bigger than us.

I find it very difficult to follow this tournament due to the time difference but was fun to follow the commentary this morning

Good job by Shelton, firing down 145mph serves at 3am at the end of a 4 hour matches is impressive stuff

Older event, more prize money, biggest stadiums, pioneered loads of rule changes that makes the game better etc more viewerships on TV. Just the general vibes and New York in general.

I have it:

Wimbledon >>>>>> US > FO > AO

AO quickly becoming more prestigious though with the world getting smaller.

Mine would be Wimbledon> French and then either of the HC tournaments in no particular order. The US crowds are pretty bad TBF which does detract from things a bit

Gotta go with FO as the 2nd most prestigious event (whether that's the "biggest" is another matter I guess), but that might be some unconscious old world/new world elitism!

All I know is I'd rather go watch a match at the french open than at us open
