Any Terminator fans here?

Extremely looking forward to this new Resistance game due out in 3 weeks!

I do have a feeling its most likely going to be very repetitive but im just glad were actually getting a game at all,From what i can tell its only single player

I've wanted a Battlefield type of terminator game for ages,online Humans vs machines choose your side and battle it out kind of thing,Not sure why this has not happened yet.

But yeah,Whats your thoughts on how this game is looking from the trailer,Will you buy it or wait for reviews?

There's some gameplay shown in the trailer.

Some janky looking lip-sync, looks like a fairly generic shooter with a Terminator theme.

Honestly I think I'd rather play a future-war game where I'm playing as an actual Terminator, trying to infiltrate the resistance and/or assassinate key targets.

I tried making that game you dreamed of in arma 3, it was going to be like a 2 sided dayz, survivors with skynet ai. Scavenging for things like trucks to attach guns to and create the resistance by finding each other on the map to finally take on the ai and raid the skynet hq all while being hunted by terminators and hk, with players playing the part of t800s to blend in with the survivors
I would be very up for trying again in unreal 4 if anyone wanted to join me

Developer not really renowned for their titles, couple of Wii ports, Rambo The Video Game for PC, odd looking Pirate adventure game and couple of titles for 3DS.

Just watched a trailer of this, and the graphics look dismal, even if they were base PS4 graphics.

Will be cheap in the near fututre looking at the trailer alone.

Shame, I think any game along these lines I would love to get into, the whole universe is great really.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (arcade game) 1991

was the best Terminator game made in my eyes ....

This new one looks bad and is made by the same team who made the Rambo game , wat was so bad ....

Most frustrating game I ever played as a kid, and I beat Street Fighter 2's cheatin ass arcade mode.

^Sometimes they do and the plug gets pulled for no fault of the developer.

Obsidian was making an Aliens RPG style game a good few years back and the plug was pulled, you can still find footage out there of it, it looked really interesting.

...Instead we ended up with Colonial Marines.

Alien: Isolation was a damn good game, admittedly.

I will say one positive thing about Colonial Marines, I thought the multiplayer was damn good. I had an absolute blast killing marines as a Xenomorph. The matchmaking system and lack of a server list and dedicated servers killed it though.

I'm sure this game will be in the bargain bin soon enough. Depite the Xbox 360 Terminator game being pretty bad, it was still fun enough to quickly blast through.

You should try Natural Selection 2
