I still see no need for covering a house in spikes in a multiplayer server unless the intention is to keep other players out, but you did have all the NPCs so that was silly.
As I have always said, single player is 'for the win', and multiplayer is FTL
umm no the original intention was to stop enemies but as I found out spikes don't work on enemies it was also to stop people building into my castle and ruining the design. Then it was going to be for higher level players, basically anyone with cloud in a bottle, rocket boots, balloons. At the time there wasn't that many npc's in my castle. So i finally changed it again because of the complaining from one member with some platforms, I didn't want Zombies getting in my castle or any other creature thus it was a safe haven. But again one member complained.
Oh yeh and half the bloody time everyone was miles away from it and rooms were ALL OVER THE PLACE, so the npc's could've picked any number of other rooms nowhere near the players not just my castle
