well technically anyone in the UK would be capable, its just whether they are motivated or not to do it?

also, its likely that some perpetrators may have been born in the UK, making it difficult to stop?

No, it would be based on the fact that you would be caught with enough stuff to take down so many planes and the fact you would have been under surveillance and every move you had made would have been watched.

BTW David Hicks is Applying for a British passport because his lawyers have found a link of some relative that lives over there. The reason why hes doing this is because you have easyer rules regarding captured people sent to Guantanamo bay and they seem to get processed faster if they are british.

He was caught shooting bullets at US soldiers IIRC and there fore he should be executed.

Let me put the argument the other way.

You have the suspects, you have all the evidence you need for a conviction;

Why *shouldnt* there be a trial? What harm could be done from having a trial?

Should every ex military man in Iraq be exectuted too, they shot at US soldiers defending a country?

What abou the British lads who were released from Guantanamo without charge, would you rather they had been executed?

I think he's suggesting that there's ample evidence that the powers that be arent infallible, and to convict people simply because they say sao may well lead to innocent people being imprisoned or executed.

My point was that the authorities can be mistaken about a person's guilt. It is hardly a rare occurrence either. That is why we have trial by jury.

And Being an Australian Citizen fighting against Australian Allies then he should be executed

No? he's saying the govermnet got it wrong and could do again so you can't just trust them there has to be a trial.

I don't have time to read the thread and don't really know what's happening, but I am getting bloody SICK of living in fear because of these idiots.
Can someone tell me what the British public has done to deserve to get murdered?
 
Just turned on the tv and its all over it! :eek:

Quite scary really, RAF Mildenhall about 2 minutes away is a hive of activity this morning as well.... :eek:
