I'm pretty sure the engie doesn't carry a box on his shoulder like that when building a sentry.

I crafted my whole backpack because I wanted a soldier hat. Still haven't got enough though. :(

The only unlocks I use anyway are the equalizer, kritzkrieg, jarate and sandvich (but I never play heavy).
 
You can move around.

Sentries have always ran out of ammo, but they're never firing enough to do so. Now though they run out really quickly when you're firing them.

On another note, I joined last night and after about 2 minutes, I got a million drops at once? Anyone else noticed that bug? Everyone screamed "HAX!" at me, but I hadn't done anything?

You get drops for just having the game open now. Sitting in the menus, creating your own offline server etc. Have you been playing in a instant respawn server lately? Last week I spent about 50 hours in joe.to, a rocket jumping server which has instant respawn so you can't get drops there. When I went back to my normal server I got 6 at once because I died and actually respawned.

Added that server to my favourites, I'll pop in if there's a map I like on. :p

I've got quite a few, but I've played over 700 hours now. I've had:

3 camera beards
Hotrod
Respectless rubber glove
Professional's Panama
Master's yellow belt
Vintage Tyrolean
And I wasted 4 reclaimed metal and a scout token on a batter's helm, the only scout hat I hate. :(

Almost saved up for a soldier hat now though, just need to get 1 more reclaimed metal.
