add "-w" without the quotes to the end of the comman line for window mode. How to make it take up the fullscreen, i have no idea. Maybe it will do it anyway based on the resolution.

edit: you'd have to have a shortcut to TF2 from the desktop to do this. You'd need to select a server after launching TF2 rather than the other way round. Annoying tbh.

I dont think you can change the command line within steam.
 
How's this clan going? Only just took the time to look in at this thread. Might drop by the server this evening sometime.
 
Can't make it tonight - working overtime till 9:30 :( Slim chance I'll be on after but not likely.

Anyone wanting to run TF2 in a full screen window, add this command to your TF2 launch options:

Code: 
-sw -noborder
This will remove the border from the window and make it appear to be full screen. It means you can alt-tab out of the game very quickly.

Sods law, i spend 30 minutes getting the "server full" message, when i finally connect there's only 7 other left and after a few minutes it was down to 6 in total. :(
