TF2 vs that ea game battlefield that looks the same?

First i've heard of this BF: Heroes game, from the images it does have the toony look of TF2, obviously if its as enjoyable as TF2 is then it will be added along side of TF2 in my book for a fun gaming factor.

The scout is an amazing class, very easy to get lots of kills running round like a loon double jumping and pumping people full of scattergun shells. If you get behind people you can 1 hit kill a few classes.

Hence the problem with the scout... ** supposed to be using your speed to capture points and harrass the lighter classes with your speed... u shouldn't be able to go toe to toe and win against soldiers and pyro's at close range
