What do the deals cover? If it's BodyFortress Whey, I'd rather not be farting deceased bodies!![]()
that stuff is ****.
normally im sure it covers all whey. It almost makes maximuscle stuff good value (about £40 for 4kg)

I don't think it covers maximuscle stuff, it does cover some whey protein but it was still stupidly expensive so didn't bother.
From what I've seen there's lots of vitamins/joint support stuff and some nuts in the promo.

Do you people still buy Whey from Holland and Barrett, GNC etc? It's such a rip off! MyProtein.co.uk True Whey or just the Impact Whey Isolate...that's where its at .
No mate however I have been unfortunate enough to have tasted that awful crap. Years ago when I started lifting and didn't know any better
MP all the way.
that website is a rip

i got 2 pairs of them for less that what they sell 1 pair for, seriously overpriced.
Just incase anyone else experiences this madness...
Past few weeks my left eyebrow/eyelid has been twitching on and off throughout the day. It's quite a vibrant spasm and is just plain annoying. After googling, it could be lack of sleep, too much caffeine, stress, or the development of a neurological disorder...
I decided to try figure out what was doing it. After some trial and error of removing/adding supplements into my routine, and a bit more googling.. i found it was creatine! I appear to not be the only one, but can't find an explanation as to why creatine makes the left eyebrow/eyelid area spasm and twitch.
Weird one!
Thorpy, where you get them questions from? Avoid red meat?!?!?!
