^^ what Morba says.

Also:

- why are you doing wrist curls? For bigger forarms just do grip work
- don't do compounds after isolation work. On leg day your doing calfs then SLDL

As for your cardio, again, it depends on what your doing and how your doing it.

I woke up earlier feeling very faint and dizzy, thought it might've been dehydration or because I was hungry. Had my breakfast, drank two litres of water and I'm still feeling very weird, everything is spinning, feel slightly drunk but I haven't touched alcohol in a couple of weeks!

Yesterday I was working all day and didn't have much chance at grabbing food so I thought a quick 800 calorie fix and a box of 20 chicken nuggets would do the trick, along with 300 calorie fries! Could these be the culprit? I normally don't eat at McDonalds, it's horrid but it was nearby and I was starving!

Feel like I had a heavy binge session last night, it's awful! :(

They were piping hot and just prepared so I wouldn't imagine they were under cooked, weird nevertheless. I reheated my GFs rice from the night before and had a fork full but swiftly threw it in the bin because it was awful. Surely just a fork full wouldn't have had this effect?

Sounds pretty odd shifty and possibly food poisoning/illness. I had a similar hangover-esque feeling after eating looooads of sugary crap the night before- the next morning felt akin to a hangover!

Anyone know how long it takes for creatinine levels to drop back to normal after stopping creatine? My left eyebrow/eyelid is still twitching like mad... i've been off caffeine and 1,3 dimeth for just over 2 weeks now, and off creatine for a week and it's still not going..

Finally back too some training after injuring the tendon in my right knee and hamstring.

Managed to get to 50% of my max lifts, not allowed to go higher yet says Mr.Physio.

Deadlifts
Upto 100kg 8x3sets

Dumbbel Rows
31.8kg 10 x3sets

PullUps
+10kg 6 x3 sets

Dips
+30kg 8 x3 sets

Skullcrushers
Bar plus 25kg 10 x3 sets

30 minutes of painful stretching.

Happy as can be.

Sadly the college gym is closing at easter for the rest of the year, so will have to find another gym in the town until college is over.

Gym was absolutely hoaching tonight so ended up doing a 5k on the treadmill till the squat rack was clear.

by the time I'd finished my sets the benches were all taken so I just did some more squats :o

I know, weird. I can understand sugar causing it but I'm not entirely sure what's brought this on.

It felt like I was driving under the influence earlier, everything was blurry, felt like I was drunk. It seemed to be much worse when I turned my head to the side to check for oncoming cars, couldn't take anything in at all. Still feeling the effects now.

How is the progression coming along now? Squat feeling comfortable?

Last week or so wasn't good, manflu got the better of me.

I felt good last night, finishing back on two sets at 85kG. I won't say it's easy but it's reasonably comfortable. Goal is to be hitting 5 sets of 5 (stronglifts routine) at 100kG by end of may. Already done 100kg deadlift sets which I was more than happy with.

Still struggling with upper body though, OHP is particularly weak and form is pretty average I'd say. hopefully that will catch up if I keep at it :)

Exactly how i felt when i got food poisoning a while back (ate an undercooked chicken pizza). Took a week to clear up, not fun.
