Sounds pretty odd shifty and possibly food poisoning/illness. I had a similar hangover-esque feeling after eating looooads of sugary crap the night before- the next morning felt akin to a hangover!
How is the progression coming along now? Squat feeling comfortable?Gym was absolutely hoaching tonight so ended up doing a 5k on the treadmill till the squat rack was clear.
by the time I'd finished my sets the benches were all taken so I just did some more squats

I woke up earlier feeling very faint and dizzy, thought it might've been dehydration or because I was hungry. Had my breakfast, drank two litres of water and I'm still feeling very weird, everything is spinning, feel slightly drunk but I haven't touched alcohol in a couple of weeks!
Feel like I had a heavy binge session last night, it's awful!
