Starting to feel a bit fitter now, good thing. Losing muscle, bad thing. Look fatter than before, stupid non diet to go with exercise :D

50 laps of the pool yesterday during work then a 7.5km bike ride once home, aiming for massive legs of course!
 
This is going to sound silly but is there an exercise or exercises that can be done instead of deadlifting? (not SLDL) I really don't get on with it, never been comfortable with it and don't want to ruin my back...


Make sure you are doing them right and at a sensible intensive weight and you will be fine.
There are other things you can do, but if you are scared to do a deadlift then no point telling you other things that can be done :p
