Yea i train at home in my garage as my life just doesn't give me time to get to the gym at the moment, i bought myself a weights bench a few years back, barbell, few sets of dumbbells and a multi gym machine, dusted it all off in Jan but only got my barbell out the other day.
high bar or low bar squats? high is at the back and front under your chin from the front? i was doing high then, i lift the bar from the floor, behind my head and lower down across my shoulders like this dude
I think i definitely need to pick up some squat racks, no doubt about it.
