Back to AM today and it was fine. Definitely a morning person these days!
I wake up about half way through an AM workout. The start is grim though.
Not looking forward to deadlifts tomorrow!
Same seems to be the case with my deadlifts. Quite surprising I managed a 180 single this morning as I’ve only been consisntely deadlifting for the past month.
Seriously struggled this morning. Still, managed 90 mins which is better than nothing and still did some PBs.
90 mins is good - 5x5 recommend no more than 1 hour....
5x5 always takes me more than an hour, I do a bit of assistance as well but still.
When I am in work I can usually manage 1 - 1 1/2 hours max (otherwise it gets too late for dinner). When off work I go a little slower, but add in more exercises too, so probably add an extra hour - I do eat better though and add in a lot more calories.
