This not only makes me happy but makes we miss lifting. Everyone should experience these at least once in their life, assuming they can get over the balance issuesThen 4x8 each leg of DBSS - these are relatively light 15-20kg in each hand, or you can use a barbell if you want. I honestly lose the will to live.

I have such a love hate thing with those. One of the few single leg exercises where I can really get sickening depth (unlike most single leg presses on machines) and take the knee through full flexion/extension, but the only exercise that’s given me exertion headaches and made me want to throw up.
Just starting off, done about 4 sessions at home and I'm up to 50kg squats. I've run out of plates though, they are quite expensive also.
If your car isn’t letting everyone else know, DYEL?
Someone else also has an X6 with a ‘H00GE’ plate too, lol.
That school is important but bigger biceps is importenterWhat does "TRIANED" mean?

tBarbell hack squats
Deficit bulgarian split squats
Do those after a medium volume / high intensity leg work out I guarantee you will either throw up, or cry. They are horrid, and I do both after squats.
Most of my squat sessions start off with a tonne of mobility work.
Then, 3-5 sets of progressing warm ups. Last warm up is around 50% 1RM.
Warm up sets are between 5-8 reps.
Then the main programmed lifts, 3-4 sets max, but high intensity, medium volume. Last set is the heaviest with AMRAP.
1x dropset to 50% 1RM AMRAP.
Then 4x8 Barbell hack squats (aim for around 50-60% 1RM of your squat). Your quads are close to bursting at the end.

I finish the session with some heavy calf raises, not that there's any point as I have bitch calves.
Been a good 3 months now since my last session. The frustrating combo of not being able to afford/get hold of a decent squat rack and tweaking my shoulder during a pathetically weak OHP session forced me out of the mindset. Was so sick of having no time with the family after work also.
Can feel the hunger growing again now though. Really, REALY need to try get a decent rack before I start again though. Going to have to resign myself to paying over the odds for second hand. Hopefully prices have settled down a bit now we're out of lockdown but I doubt it...
Maybe don't push yourself that hard next time!
yes but I'm a masochist and quite experienced!
What sort of issues are you having with your food intake and the gym? Is it because you want to eat with your wife? Or just can't cook? Or something else? (Not meant to be derogatory - just trying to find out so we can help!).
