Use this program its free and small. Its photoediting, and you can resize and not lose any quality

Oblivion really is a gorgeous game to look at. Anyway, some random pretty screenshots and a couple of my character Auria. The shots are lifted directly (after converting to jpg) from the resolution I run the game at on my laptop, hence the size and why I have linked offsite.
