The 800x600 MAXIMUM screenshot thread (56k no no)

What kind of systems are you guys running on TDU?

Im wondering if my Rig (3500@stock/2gb geil/7900gto) would be able to run it on high (hopefully with X2 AA atleast? and still have smooth gameplay?.

Runs fine on 1024x768 with 4X AA and high details on my pc:
pentium D 925 @4 ghz
2gb RAM
6800GS

Should run it at yours fine @ 1280x1024 with 4X AA and high details, perhaps even 1600x1200 res.

Renmeber though no AA and HDR on your card un less you have a 8xxx series geforce or an ati card.

U have a diff cpu, urs is 2.8 ghz at stock mine at 3ghz, mine is basicly a 930 but then without vitualization technology, see sig for cooling and mainboard.

What i did:
Raide Vcore from stock to 1.4 Volt
Set ram on 5:4 to run @ 400 mhz (cheap pc3200 RAM)
Raise fsb from 200 to 266.
Disable C1E
Disable EIST (speedtep)

Save & exit.

Booted fine and is stable. 63C @ 100% load and 43C idle.

You should be fine mate mine is playable at 1280x1024 with HDR & 4*AA 16*AF. It does slow down sometimes during heavy smoke or busy scene.

What specs are you running oblivion on titaniumx3? Those shots look great

I'm playing at maximum settings with some details turned down a bit (e.g. grass draw distance) at 1280x1024/4xAA/8xAF. Also using the texture/normal map LOD mods.

This is on an X2 4400+/X1900XT 512mb/2GB DDR400 which gives me about 20-50fps outdoors and 60+ fps indoors; more than playable for this type of game imho.

The graphics are definitely breathtaking and while it runs choppy in bits, it does so for good reason. Honestly, I just find myself floating around admiring the scenery half the time, it looks that good.

Oblivion may be the most graphically pretty game I have played but once you've seen one grassy vista, you've seen them all. I much prefer Jade Empire's varied environments...
