Condemned: Criminal Origins with some tweaks to the graphics.

The only problems im getting is some shadow problems, but nothing major.

This game is one of my favourite games, extremely scary, definatly worth playing.

Indeed scary but i didnt like it, the gameplay just seemed too slow and i didnt like not being able to skip all the blurb part you had to hear.

FEAR was much more chilling (as is blood 1 i have been playing on a mates old pc!)

Agreed, I f-ing loved that game... although I played it on my 360, not my PC.. I did play the demo on the PC though, didn't look as good as the 360 version, but I may have been wrong?

Gas pipe was my best weapon though!
 
Great game Condemned is, I prefer the beggining but it starts to kind of go downhill towards the end, as it also gets too unrealistic.

Also you can get rid of those bars, in the config for condemned just set widescreen "0".

Also I liked the gameplay but my one annoyance is that when you say hit someone over the face with a gas pipe you get a blood splatter but thats it? theres no like caved in face or whatever. No pools of blood either. Still a great game though.

i played it on the 360 also, one of the funniest games to play as a group, i would love a sequel
 
More Oblivion
This is a Unicorn u get to have in a Quest, here is me riding on it, doesnt it look good.

But part of the Quest is to kill the Unicorn for its Horn, i couldnt do it as the horse is to nice, so i went near a Ogre which attacked and killed it, then i killed the Ogre as pictured here, i thought id share that story with you, lol :)

Not sure if you already know this but if you don't have a widescreen monitor and want to remove those black bars you can use this tweak:

Go into the \Program Files\SEGA\Condemned - Criminal Origins directory, then open up the Autoexec (with notepad) and add this line at the end;

"WideScreen" "0"

(with the quote marks)

When you next run the game you should get fullscreen. Bear in mind that your fps will drop slightly since you have more pixels on screen and also if you have a 1280x1024 monitor you will still have thin black bars remaining because 1280x1024 is not a 4:3 resolution.

BTW the game is awesome, one of my favourite games ever.
 
Heres a few sreens of Condemned with the fullscreen tweak (playing at 1280x1024/Max Details/4xAA/16xAF). Screenshots really don't do the game justice, you have to play to see how amazing the atmosphere is.
