on that first cavalry pic it looks loads better than mine. Have you changed some settings to make smoke and fire look any better?

Also have you noticed that hats can bleed. If you shoot a coprse it doesn't bleed but hats do.

I am running a modified .CFG file which enables 'ultra' settings normally only available in DX10 mode, not quite the same thing but looks nearly identical.

are right. yeh i tried the ultra settings. didnt get 26fps though. In the same place i would prabably get 2.6, if that

Looks good but I bet that is 15fps, I hope Farcry2 will be the one to make that playable.
