be reinstalling that again me thinks 
had it on there a few monhts back but then moved and didnt get round to playing it hardly at all (up to the shipwreck)
runs on max settings happily at over 60+ on my machine too

my god at how farcry can still compare with todays games, only at 500fps 
Wouldn't go that far...
Also Half Life 2 looks much better than Far Cry and that's only a few months older.

Better than ever with the regular updates. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but if you're into military sims, it's a must try.
