Enjoying the WW2 Online shots, there still a limit on the number of units you can see at any one time?

No but you can limit the number of units you can see to suit your system. They are also biassed...i.e. if you're playing air then air units will take priority.


What kind of spec are you running it on, the framerate looks very low.

TBH they aren't all my shots so I don't know the spec that gives those frame rates.
 
Currently playing Crysis Warhead I can only get Mainstream settings though

It's currently got much better graphics than Very High for the performance of Medium - I'd like to think this isn't an exaggeration either; copy and paste to your autoexec.cfg file if you're curious! As I mentioned in another thread, this works with Warhead too, according to a friend who's tried this config with the game.

Better than ever with the regular updates. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but if you're into military sims, it's a must try.

Any chance you could link me to a website describing the game or just explain it quickly? If I understand correctly it is an MMO right? But are there levels or what ? or can you just take your plane and lets go

Can't find much dos games at 1280x1024 really, most default to 640x480 :p, those pics I post in here as I don't think people are looking forward to seeing those pics in the other thread...

Other pics in the thread have been downsized for convenience (no oversized pics...) and loading time... Which for me both ain't an issue really, I just want nice fullsize pics on opening the thread without clicking on hundreds of thumbnails...

As for the modern games, I always post in the 1280x1024 thread, as I'm not a fan of this thread, but I don't think 640x480 pics belong in the high res thread:p...
