It's SoR3. You dont have the grey vertical power bar next to the number of lives on the earlier versions.

it is SoR3 cos Axel has a white shirt in SoR2

Tho it does look like the ship level. Maybe they were cutting corners.

Graphics are not brilliant but the Gameplay is superb! That shot was taken at all detail set to High and 2x AA. The game is a lot like GTA, you can do your main storyline missions or you can go anywhere you want on horseback and do WANTED missions or take missions from Saloons or random people on the streets. You can also buy different guns and equipment from traders.
