DLSS3 frame Generation has done wonders for FS2020 for me, i was doing some landing challenges recently in the Airbus A320 and the fps was 100+ and that was @ 3840x1600 with high settings.
This guy shows a good example of the difference it makes.

Yes. I got that impression I'm not using Unraid anymore, so I'm also going to swap out my 5950x for a 5800X3D and my 128GB 3600 C18 for 32GB 3600 C14 and then thats this box maxed out for that sort of performance.

Yup, good solid upgrade that m8 you'll get good use out of either a 4080 or a 4090 imo at that res

I think the strix only has 2 on the bracket Its still a 4 slot though. My KFA2 has 3 slots on the bracket and I used a vertical mount from ezdiy in my lian li dynamic.
Ohhh ok, that makes sense because mine has 3 brackets but is classed as a 4 slot cooler. Should be ok then, had to pre-order the Lian-Li bracket from OCUK as it's OOS everywhere and I don't know if others still fit to the evo. I'll check yours out though.

On my Zotac 4090 Extreme Airo it boosts to 2820 and usually stays above 2800 for the majority of the time, only time I've had it drop to around 2790 or has been in Portal RTX. Surprising how stable the clocks are on the 4000 series as the 3000 series when I had the Strix 3090 used to bounce all over the place even with extremely little temperature changes.
My Gamerock sits at 2805 with drops to 2790 in 3dmark.
If you're going to buy a new CPU and ram then it would probably be better to just go AM5 when the new Vcache CPUs are released in February.

I would agree at least you have an AM5 upgrade path then for 2 or more CPU generations plus you can sell your AM4 combo

Only if you find the card is sagging, had one with my Zotac 4090 as well but I don't use it as the card looks pretty straight to me.

Inno3D card with the waterblock, sits at 2820 while gaming, 2850 while rendering. With the stock power limit and an OC it sits at 3000 core with +750 on the ram, not tried to push it further.

Sob sob sob. 4090FE 2655mhz as standard. Overclocks to 2880mhz stable in everything. Deffo got a gimp card.
