Using stuff like windowblinds I notice slow down, whilst it has some cool themes it is irritating. Plus even with the vast number of themes it has, there aren't any I really like.

It's a 2.4GHz AM2 system...I like to squeeze as much speed an usability out of it as I can. :p

My system likes to run like a 3 legged dog, rather badly. I mean it works and is quick, but in some cases it does slow. I had windowblinds installed for a few months on a previous install and it certainly wasn't running as well as it does without it, plus the program kept erroring and breaking windows. :rolleyes:

I'm quite happy with my theme though, even ran Vista on it when I had that installed it's familiar, clean and nice. :)

Also means people can't tell if I'm working on my S2k3 box or XP, as they both have the classic look...and both run through one monitor. :)

InvaderGIR is this more of what you're after (hope you don't mind)

I took both your images and layered them, the top layer being the duller picture, the bottom layer being the 'red' image. Cropped out the face on the dull layer, set it to saturation. Then I duplicated the layer and cropped out just the red area of the face and gave it a colour overlay effect (darken and black at 10%)
The end result is above, please note I was working on the small images and only spent a few minutes on it. Might be worth trying with the originals :)

:p I'd just got that Album so was checking it out, I'm more of a trance man myself but venturing into other genres starting with house, so I'm not really up to speed with the good artists yet.
 
I've seena desktop on here a long time ago of someone with dual screens with a white wallpaper with dominos on it - (not the pizza one!) Anyone know where I can find it?
