the theme is hmmxp. it's been around for donkey's years.

the shellstyle is bugged so i delete the whole 'shell' folder before applying the .msstyle
if you want the wallpaper just google 'nadine velazquez'.
edit: hehe, the wonders of photoshop. compare my original image to another i just found.
