Someone here was using something called "Litestep" - I got curious and saw some of the stuff they've got, beautiful and some are really really minimal and tidy, just how I like mine... after some mess around, here's mine
The litestep theme I'm using is XPMC v2
Visual Style I'm using XPM Classic

Might as well post mine - it's one of my own pics, taken from the Torry Battery, looking back into Aberdeen Harbour. If I get a second monitor, I have enough of the picture to have it over both monitors
This is just the screen I use for desktop use, web browsing and so on, gaming screen is just the same desktop without any icons/sidebar, I use it for non-fps gaming, movies and tele so no point posting that.
Other screen is my usual 1920x1080 37", feels rather odd going back to the 20" after so long.
But having Seinfeld playing on the big screen while web browsing makes up for it, just dragged that 30 Rock video away from the other screen because Tina Fey is hot and needed desktop thread justice.

You mean the blue background.
Right clicked Desktop, clicked personalize and Choose 'Window Color and Appearance' and choose Blue from the selection.
If I open a window full screen the color of the sidebar (and taskbar) changes to a dark colour
