What theme/desktop style progs does anyone here use?

Ive used windowblinds which is ok for skinning xp but would like to customise my desktop/icons e.t.c.

Was looking at stylexp but dont know if i want to pay for it.

Any recomendations?

Evening folks,

Quick question - I'm getting Vista 64 bit tomorrow. Whats the widget thing called that goes on the right side of the screen that monitors CPU/GFX temps etc. And what are some recommended ones that are useful

Vista has one, like yanto's above the red double clock thing is it, but there are loads better ones, with the widget toolbar you can search hundreds of custom made widgets etc through MS, you'll find something that suits you!
 
I'm back with another question! haha

I've already got XP installed on my HD, if i'm going to install Vista, do I just pop the disc in, boot it up from there, then delete the partition, format and install Vista from there? or is there anything else I need to do. I've already got my 64 bit drivers ready all that jazz

Yeh, if you want to remove xp, then just pop the disc in and boot from it.

Once you get to the part when you choose where you want to install vista, just select your current XP partition and hit "format".

Once it's done formatting, just choose the same freshly formatted patition to install onto.
